Who doesn’t love a simple breakfast with endless possibilities and variety? We love a stay at home Saturday morning but sometimes I just don’t want to stand over the stove and fry each piece of bacon or get out the waffle maker.
These breakfast bombs are beyond easy and one of those “everything but the kitchen sink” type things! Bacon, sausage, turkey, ham – whatever you have, throw it in with eggs and your favorite cheese & you have yourself a delicious breakfast that will please anyone in your house!

Breakfast Bombs
The easiest, throw together breakfast that has endless options and substitutes!
Equipment
- 1 baking sheet
Ingredients
- 1 container Pillsbury biscuits
- 8 eggs
- 8 oz bacon, sausage, smoked salmon, canadian bacon any breakfast meat can be substituted
- 8 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese can also use cream cheese
- everything but the bagel seasoning
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Crack and scramble your eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten the biscuits into a flat circle to prepare for filling.
- Add eggs, cooked meat and cheese to the middle of the biscuit and roll the biscuit around the filling until mostly sealed.
- Top with cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning
- Bake for 15 minutes or until biscuit is golden brown
- Serve with hot sauce and enjoy!
