Breakfast Bombs

Equipment

  • 1 baking sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 container Pillsbury biscuits
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 oz bacon, sausage, smoked salmon, canadian bacon any breakfast meat can be substituted
  • 8 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese can also use cream cheese
  • everything but the bagel seasoning
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Crack and scramble your eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Flatten the biscuits into a flat circle to prepare for filling.
  • Add eggs, cooked meat and cheese to the middle of the biscuit and roll the biscuit around the filling until mostly sealed.
  • Top with cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until biscuit is golden brown
  • Serve with hot sauce and enjoy!
